Responsibilities

• Monitor team and individual performance; track trends.
• Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports.
• Support both onsite and remote staff with process adherence.
• Protect HIPAA confidential information and ensure compliance.
• Attend EPIC training sessions for Financial Counseling functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
