Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a QA Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead a hands-on QA team supporting a mission-critical SaaS offering. You will manage the Vault Functional Team, develop feature and regression tests, and drive quality across UI and API surfaces for each sprint release.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years managing QA teams, strong QA process knowledge, and experience with Java applications in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 6-12 QA engineers
• Strong understanding of QA processes, organization, and metrics
• Proven ability to drive quality into the product
• Experience with Java applications and technical QA management
• Experience with cross-functional product teams using agile/iterative methods

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vault Functional Team to develop and enhance feature and regression tests (UI and API) for each sprint release
• Manage day-to-day Functional QA activities and provide hands-on QA when needed
• Guide the Functional group on processes that improve productivity
• Collaborate with Automation Management, PMs and Dev Managers on testing roadmaps and metrics
