Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is hiring experienced Software Engineers in Test for Site Vault, a rapidly growing SaaS platform in life sciences.

You will perform functional and automation testing as part of our QA and Release Engineering team to deliver a top-quality product. You will write test plans, automate tests, and work with engineers, product managers, and other QA professionals in an Agile environment to ensure customer success with each release.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in software development or test automation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and approaches in a fast-release SaaS environment.
• Experience writing and automating test cases, including boundary, negative, compatibility, and concurrency tests.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create testing documentation: test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports.
• Automate features to improve regression coverage.
• Triage automation results and support QA testing within Agile teams.
• Develop deep product expertise and conduct QA tests within schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA teammates in an Agile setting.
• Provide technical leadership in functional areas and guide junior teammates.
