Qualifications
- 5+ years of software QA experience in testing web apps, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with cross‑platform workflows and data validation.
- Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive full QA lifecycle: requirements review, test planning, and test execution.
- Design and execute test strategies for complex cross‑platform workflows.
- Create testing documents: test plans, KB articles, bug reports.
- Collaborate with software engineers, PMs, and other QA in Agile teams.
- Work with automation team to expand coverage.
- Debug, investigate, and resolve issues with the team.
