PairSoft is seeking a quality leader to treat QA as a strategic function, leading a 15–20 person QA team and owning quality across the engineering organization. You will drive process improvements, establish meaningful metrics, and articulate quality narratives to executives.

This role requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on attention to detail in ERP and deployment contexts. The position may be remote (PAN India) with collaboration across teams and an emphasis on measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams in large-scale enterprise software.
• Ability to drive process improvement beyond testing gatekeeping.
• Strong storytelling to translate quality data for executives.
