Job summary

Scribe is seeking a QA Engineering Manager to lead a distributed QA team across Mac, Windows, Chrome, and Edge. You will own the QA roadmap, partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, and drive release readiness for enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QA team across Mac, Windows, Chrome, and Edge.
• Own the QA roadmap, balancing release velocity with reliability.
• Lead quality during enterprise rollouts with cross-team collaboration.
• Build repeatable reproduction capabilities by recreating customer environments.
• Improve testing through exploratory testing, targeted automation, and engineering-owned coverage.
• Communicate evidence, uncertainty, and next steps clearly to stakeholders and customers.
