Job summary

Scribe is seeking a QA Engineering Manager to lead a distributed QA team across Mac, Windows, Chrome, and Edge. You will own release validation, reproduce customer environments, and drive repeatable testing and rollout practices with cross-functional partners.

This role requires coaching, strategic QA leadership, and hands-on involvement in technical details to ensure reliable deployments for enterprise customers. Remote role based in the United States, ETZ preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA engineers in a high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record coaching teams and improving quality metrics.
• Experience reproducing customer environments and verifying fixes.
• Ability to translate risks into practical QA strategies with clear priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team by coaching QA engineers and guiding career growth.
• Own the QA roadmap, prioritizing testing and tooling around customer impact.
• Lead quality through enterprise rollouts with cross-functional partners.
• Build repeatable reproduction capabilities for customer environments.
• Improve testing through exploratory testing and targeted automation.
• Communicate evidence, uncertainties, and next steps to stakeholders.
