Job summary

Respage is seeking a QA Engineer who cares about how customers work, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering reliable software. You will test hands-on, discover requirements, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure the product solves the right problems.

This fully remote role blends manual testing, requirements discovery, and automation, with thoughtful use of AI to expand coverage and productivity.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working directly with customers: asking thoughtful questions and listening.
Experience translating requirements into testing strategies.

Responsibilities

Work with customers, PMs, engineers and support to define testable acceptance criteria.
Identify missing requirements and usability issues before development.
Develop and execute test plans for real customer scenarios and edge cases.
Investigate issues and document defects with evidence and impact.
Build and maintain automated tests while balancing exploration.
Communicate testing progress, coverage gaps, and release risks clearly.
Use AI to generate test ideas and analyze failures.
