INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Developer to join a 100% remote, government-focused project with a multi-year horizon. The role combines manual and automated testing in Salesforce environments, leveraging CRT, Playwright, and Selenium to strengthen regression coverage.

You will lead QA activities when needed, coordinate with analysts, developers and business stakeholders, and help maintain test artifacts, plans, and reports across sprints, releases, and production deployments.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of software quality assurance experience with enterprise apps.
• Minimum three years of manual and automated functional testing experience.
• Experience developing test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools.

Responsabilités

• Participate in Agile Scrum teams for Salesforce implementation and enhancements.
• Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure test coverage.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover gaps and edge cases.
• Validate end-to-end business processes across Salesforce and integrations.
• Execute regression testing during sprints, releases, and deployments.
• Document defects and track them through resolution; verify fixes.
• Support UAT and production validation activities; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain QA artifacts and provide regular status updates.
