Job summary

Smart Info Solutions llc is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer for a 100% remote role. You will test Salesforce applications across business processes to ensure quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate has hands-on manual testing, test case creation, and test execution experience, plus familiarity with Jira for defect tracking. Automation skills with Selenium are a plus. This is a strict W2 position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce application testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionality and business processes.
• Experience in manual testing, test case preparation, and test execution.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools such as Jira.
• Good understanding of Salesforce workflows, objects, reports, and dashboards.
• Automation testing experience using Selenium or other testing tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
