Job summary

Outlier is hiring a QA Coder for its remote LatAm training program. You will review AI-generated code and flag issues, rate model responses on key dimensions, and craft clear prompts to push the models’ coding abilities. This is a 1099 contract with flexible, remote work.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Computer Science, production-code experience, and fluent written/spoken English. Rates are competitive, with additional incentives based on project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models.
