Job summary

Earlston Academy is building an instructor network to run cohort-based, remote QA automation and software testing trainings. This role owns creating and delivering live online sessions, developing hands‑on projects, and mentoring students in practical, job‑ready QA skills.

You will lead live online sessions, develop assessments, and demonstrate real‑world testing frameworks. The role requires strong communication and teaching skills to succeed in this remote contract position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in QA and automation.
• Strong experience with automated and manual testing, APIs, CI/CD and modern workflows.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages used for test automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Teaching, mentoring, or technical training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain QA automation and software testing course content.
• Lead live online sessions for assigned cohorts.
• Teach practical QA concepts and testing workflows.
• Develop hands-on testing projects, automation exercises, and assessments.
• Demonstrate real-world testing frameworks and tools.
• Provide constructive technical feedback and mentor students.
