Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to drive testing across web applications using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript and API tests in Python. You will partner with developers, product managers, and the QA Lead to ensure release quality and automate test coverage.

Qualifications

• Hands-on testing across web applications with manual and automated strategies.
• Experience with Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript for E2E testing and Python for API tests.
• Familiarity with trading products, financial markets, forex or crypto platforms.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and clear written communication.
• Bilingual proficiency: Russian (native) and English at B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Testing across web apps including functional, integration, API, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Analyze product specs to identify gaps and risks early in development.
• Build and maintain scalable E2E test suites with Playwright (TS/JS) and API tests in Python.
• Investigate flaky tests and improve automation reliability and speed.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA lead to resolve defects.
• Validate pre-deployment releases and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Integrate approved AI tools to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
