Job summary

BeneLynk is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst for a remote, salaried role in the United States. You will design, execute, and validate End-to-End test plans across Advocate-facing and self-service modules, ensuring accuracy in eligibility, payroll, and reporting for Veterans and Direct Care Workers.

The role requires 2–4 years in QA/UAT, Agile/SCRUM experience, and strong documentation skills. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver high-quality, compliant

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Quality Assurance and/or UAT across multiple initiatives.
• Experience with Agile development lifecycles and SCRUM fundamentals.
• Experience creating test plans, test scripts, and coverage matrices.
• Knowledge of accessibility testing standards (WCAG) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute End-to-End test strategies, plans, and scripts.
• Perform role-based testing across multiple platform personas (Advocate, Veteran, Case Manager, Direct Care Worker, partner agencies).
• Validate onboarding, caregiver engagement, time submission, payroll, and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering and Ops to ensure test coverage and quality.
• Maintain test documentation and support audit readiness (HIPAA, VA requirements).
