Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications across multiple environments.
• Excellent defect reports, release notes, and customer-facing docs.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with Windows Server/Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, bug fixes, integrations, customer scenarios, and release validation.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate defects with developers, product owners, support staff, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate release changes through clear release notes and demonstrations of new features for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Use approved AI-assisted tools to support test planning, defect analysis, documentation, and release note drafting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and release readiness practices.
