Job summary

Neumo Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst I to perform end-to-end testing, develop test documentation, and create automated test cases. The role requires 2+ years in QA and familiarity with SQL, Selenium, and various development methodologies.

The candidate will translate business requirements into technical specs, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive quality across the software life cycle in a remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in a QA role with experience in testing plans, documentation and execution across multiple deliverables.
• Experience with system/integration/user acceptance testing.
• Experience with SQL/relevant database knowledge.
• Experience with Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with at least one programming language: C#, Java, Python.
• Experience with test automation using Selenium.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into technical specs and configuration settings for software solutions.
• Identify risks, mitigate and implement risk-reduction plans.
• Create test strategies ensuring functionality, performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with leads and engineering on testing approach.
• Execute end-to-end testing and meet deadlines.
• Record, log and track defects; coordinate resolutions with development.
• Assess results and document defects or undesirable outcomes.
• Own a workstream end-to-end throughout the project life cycle.
• Participate in daily engineering meetings to report status.
• Assist support with defect exploration and issue analysis.
