Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced QA Analyst to join the Admin Console team. This 100% remote role offers a hybrid option for candidates in the El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro areas and focuses on testing web-based admin experiences and backend APIs.

You will work with Engineering, Product and other QA professionals to validate features, identify defects and ensure console reliability, security and usability across enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software QA experience, testing web apps or SaaS.
• Experience validating backend APIs and enterprise consoles.
• Ability to create clear, reproducible test cases and defect reports.
• Familiar with Jira, TestRail or Confluence for test management.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools to aid testing and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Test Keeper’s Admin Console web apps for functionality and reliability.
• Validate backend APIs supporting console functionality using tools like Postman.
• Create, execute and maintain test cases from requirements and user stories.
• Test administrative workflows including authentication, authorization, permissions.
• Reproduce, document and track defects with detailed steps.
• Maintain test coverage and results using TestRail, Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with developers and product QA to validate fixes.
• Participate in requirement reviews, release validation and regression tests.
• Identify gaps in coverage and suggest QA process improvements.
• Use AI-assisted tools to support test design and analysis.
