Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a Lead QA Engineer for the Self-Managed Keeper (SMK) deployment. The role is remote with a potential hybrid option for certain regions.

You will own test strategy, lead cross-functional testing across KeeperApp, Vault, Admin Console and PAM routing, and drive automated testing and CI/CD collaboration to ensure secure, reliable deployment in diverse environments. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in QA leadership, strong hands-on testing across enterprise software,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA or QA leadership experience.
• Experience testing enterprise software and security-sensitive apps.
• Strong networking, TLS/PKI fundamentals.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience testing modern web front ends (React/TypeScript).
• Browser automation with Playwright/Selenium/Cypress.
• Experience with Jira/TestRail and Agile teams.
• Able to use AI-assisted tools to aid QA.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• U.S. Person due to GovCloud involvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SMK test strategy for KeeperApp, Vault, Admin Console and PAM routing.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, system testing across SMK.
• Expand automated test coverage across web apps with Playwright.
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and preflight checks.
• Reproduce and document defects with clear steps and logs.
• Mentor and lead QA engineers on the team.
• Plan sprints and participate in release validation.
• Use AI tools to assist test design and debugging.
