Job summary

inHance, a division of Harris, seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst with 3+ years of QA experience to plan, execute, and interpret test plans for web and desktop apps. This remote role welcomes candidates in the US and Canada, with travel about 5% and EST/CST timezone preference.

The ideal candidate will lead QA improvements, build automated tests with TestComplete and ReadyAPI, and work with MS SQL and C# while collaborating across product teams to elevate software quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in QA with ability to plan, execute, and interpret test results.
• Experience scripting automated tests for web and desktop apps.
• Strong knowledge of QA tools and programming concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design testing plans and strategies for UI, API, load, performance, integration, and regression testing for web and client/server products.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, establish metrics, and develop new tools and processes.
• Analyze, recommend, and configure tools used for quality assurance.
• Write and maintain automated test suites using TestComplete and ReadyAPI.
• Install and configure test environments and refresh testing scripts as needed.
• Collect metrics to measure product quality over time and collaborate with teams.
