Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Python + MLOps Engineer to operationalize ML/vision models into production within mature CI/CD and cloud environments. You’ll work in two-week Agile sprints alongside modern AI tooling to deliver reliable, scalable systems.

This role emphasizes Python proficiency, MLOps expertise, and cloud deployment with strong English communication in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML workflow tooling.
• Hands-on MLOps and production model deployment.
• Experience with production CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in GCP or AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with production model monitoring and performance tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize machine learning and computer vision models into stable production environments.
• Manage and maintain mature CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure and support dev, stage, and production cloud environments.
• Review pull requests and enforce backend code reliability standards.
• Leverage AI developer tools within Agile sprint cycles to accelerate delivery.
