BairesDev is a fully remote technology company delivering on complex AI projects for global clients. You will build the agent and retrieval layer of an enterprise AI assistant serving thousands of employees, working mainly in Python, with frontend tasks as required.

You will own evaluation coverage for the behavior you ship and contribute to evolving production systems. As a Python AI Engineer, you’ll join a skilled team, collaborate across time zones, and contribute to scalable AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python experience; 8+ years for lead scope.
• Production experience with LLM systems.
• Hands-on with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with RAG over structured and unstructured sources.
• Experience with AWS.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Build agent and retrieval capabilities for a production AI assistant.
• Develop LangGraph flows and RAG pipelines.
• Ensure evaluation coverage for shipped AI behavior.
• Extend Frontend with Next.js as needed.
