Job summary

DevGrid is hiring for a backend/MLE role. You will design and implement middleware and back-end services, deploy and monitor multiple ML models, and collaborate with international teams in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has strong Python experience, familiarity with Django/Flask, distributed systems, and advanced English communication. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of multi-paradigm programming (OO, functional, procedural).
• Experience with distributed systems, SOA or microservices architectures.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Implement tools to deploy and monitor multiple machine learning models.
• Design, develop and implement middleware and back-end services, standalone or for other layers.
• Debugging and troubleshooting across services.
• Create extensible, modular middleware/back-end services for reuse.
• Research and development across varied problem domains.
• Prepare documentation and ensure security and coding standards compliance.
