Job summary

Paragone is seeking a Data Science / ML Engineer to deploy end‑to‑end ML solutions in a production environment. You will research, design, implement, test and monitor models, explain insights to product teams and collaborate with data engineers and R&D to deliver impactful results.

The role emphasizes staying at the forefront of ML in a dynamic, international setting with flexible hours and remote work options.

Qualifications

• MSc degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Physics, Engineering, or a similar relevant subject.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as Data Scientist.
• Experience in SQL, Python and Spark.
• Statistical modeling experience, analytical and engineering skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Deploy models and systems to production from research to testing.
• Explain results and insights to product and business teams.
• Conduct research and analysis to solve complex ML problems (time-series, NLP, DL).
• Collaborate with product, data engineers and R&D to deliver solutions.
• Run research and POCs for new technologies as part of improvement lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions are stable, scalable and accurate at all times.
