Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to deploy ML models and build scalable Python-based pipelines in a hybrid work setup. You will collaborate with end users and researchers to align development with real-world needs, and help move projects from prototype to production using Kubernetes and NVIDIA Triton.

The role emphasizes strong Python, DevOps, and containerization skills, with responsibilities spanning design, testing, documentation, and deployment strategy.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of SWE experience in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university; 4 additional years may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Move video/image/speech/text analytics models from research prototype to production inference services in Kubernetes or similar environments.
• Build CI/CD and packaging around Python on NVIDIA Triton Inference Server with TensorRT providers and BLS in-service pipelines.
• Tune pipelines for throughput and support them during customer transitions.
• Review and test software components against design requirements.
• Create comprehensive user documentation and deployment best practices.
• Contribute to system design including hardware/software trade-offs and IaC.
