Alignerr is seeking a senior full-stack Python engineer to design and build data pipelines, annotation tooling, and evaluation systems that support AI model training and refinement. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers 20–40 hours per week and the chance to shape production-grade infrastructure used by leading AI labs.

You will work on high-impact backend systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to production-ready tooling that scales with modern AI workloads.

Qualificações

• 3+5 years of professional Python experience
• Experience building data pipelines, annotation tooling, or evaluation systems
• Strong in integrating AI services and APIs, robust error reporting

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize high-performance Python systems for data pipelines and evaluation workflows
• Develop full-stack tooling and backend services for large-scale data annotation and quality control
• Improve reliability, performance, and safety across Python codebases
• Collaborate with data, research, and engineering teams to support model training and evaluation workflows
• Identify bottlenecks in data/system behavior and implement scalable fixes
• Participate in architecture/design reviews to iterate on implementation decisions
