Orgain is seeking an Associate Manager, PXM & Digital Shelf to ensure product data is accurate, compelling, and conversion-ready across retailer sites. This hands-on role covers item setup, content publishing, and syndication via PIM platforms, with go-live timelines and QA baked in.

You will collaborate with eCommerce, Marketing, Brand, Creative, and Sales to resolve content issues, optimize PDPs, track performance, and surface optimization opportunities through digital shelf analytics.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or product content operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, eCommerce, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with content syndication and PIM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Handle item setup and digital shelf maintenance across PIM and syndication platforms.
• Monitor PDP health, titles, bullets, images, and claims for accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve content issues and drive launches.
• Track KPIs like content completeness and ratings/reviews; provide actionable insights.
