Job summary

BioTalent is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Senior Consultant to lead client engagements, drive project workstreams from analysis through implementation, and deliver strategic PV solutions for life sciences clients. This is a full-time remote role with 20% travel for client meetings, requiring strong PV knowledge, proven leadership, and the ability to develop proposals and support business development.

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
Experience in consultancy or CRO is mandatory.
Significant PV/Drug Safety experience.
Proven project leadership and ability to lead workstreams.
Strong PV operating models and safety process knowledge.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
Experience supporting proposals or business development.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver project workstreams from analysis through implementation.
Gather, assess, and translate client requirements into practical PV solutions.
Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and solution design sessions.
Act as a PV SME on client engagements.
Produce high-quality, client-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations.
Mentor and support junior team members.
Support proposals, RFP responses, account management, and BD activities.
