Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience working within a consultancy or CRO is mandatory.
• Significant experience within Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, or PV Consulting.
• Proven experience leading projects, workstreams, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of PV operating models, safety processes, and organisational challenges.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, analyse problems, and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
