Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Enhanced Data Protection Project Manager to govern enterprise information protection initiatives across Microsoft 365 IL5/IL6 GovCloud environments, delivering cross‑functional security, privacy, and compliance programs.

You will lead planning, execution, and sustainment of DLP, SIT, insider risk, and lifecycle governance, translating policy requirements into actionable roadmaps, coordinating Navy and cyber teams, and driving milestone progress.

Qualifications

10+ years in DoW/DoN program or project management.
10+ years of project management experience.
Experience with enterprise tech or cybersecurity projects.
Experience with Microsoft 365 security and Purview capabilities.
Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and translate concepts into plans.
Ability to identify risks and track milestones to completion.
Top Secret clearance required.
HS diploma or GED.
Security+ or DoD 8570‑compliant Certification.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and sustainment of enterprise information‑protection programs across Microsoft 365.
Oversee SITs, label‑driven encryption, retention, and records management controls.
Coordinate with Navy stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, records managers, cloud engineers, and Purview SMEs.
Translate policy requirements into actionable roadmaps and orchestrate technical implementation.
Monitor risks, interdependencies, and ensure documentation and decisions align with IL5/IL6 GovCloud and Zero Trust.
