Qualifications

• Expertise in analyzing non-standardized vendor submissions and producing detailed comparison matrices.
• Deep category knowledge in IT, industrial, or professional-services procurement for nuanced scenario creation.

Responsibilities

• Design and author expert-level procurement tasks including RFP drafting, bid evaluation, and supplier scoring.
• Define defensible sourcing recommendations with clear, justified rationale.
• Create procurement artifacts such as quotations, specifications, pricing tables, and docs in multiple formats.
