Zillow Home Loans, part of Zillow Group, is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers within Iowa. You will guide borrowers from first contact to funding, using a competitive mix of high-volume digital work and personalized, relationship-driven service.

The role emphasizes responsiveness, performance in a metrics-driven environment, and collaboration with centralized operations. A valid NMLS license and CORE coursework are required.

Formación

• 3+ years mortgage origination experience with purchase focus.
• Completion of CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE test.
• Physically located in Iowa and able to work remotely.
• Active NMLS license (state or federal).

Responsabilidades

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through follow-up and consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and local partners.
• Maintain active pipeline and meet service levels and KPIs.
• Leverage CRM/LOS and data tools to manage pipeline health and engagement.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
