Job summary

Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, transforming how care is delivered worldwide. The U.S. ION Endoluminal Sales Associate supports early adoption of the Ion platform, helping expand access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy.

The role focuses on training, clinical collaboration, and developing programs with KOLs to demonstrate clinical, economic and strategic value of Ion across new sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Proven track record of achievement and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in a changing environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and be located near a major airline hub.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through their learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, training labs, attend first case series and development of teams and programs.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Work with ESRs to collaborate with senior hospital staff and physicians to integrate Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilization of the system.
• Facilitate data capture to create QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Collaborate with da Vinci sales teams to align with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks, SFDC management, expense reports, etc.
