Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced government contracting and proposal professionals to lead RFI and RFP responses for public-sector opportunities. You will own compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans, delivering expert-level documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

This role offers fully remote work with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week, or more if desired), starting ASAP. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in related governance and procurement roles and a track record

Qualifications

5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector or government contracting opportunities.
Direct ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive government solicitations.
Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead RFI/RFP responses for public-sector opportunities from kickoff to submission.
Develop and maintain compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive bids.
Create high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks to support proposals and client engagements.
