Ethos is seeking a Bid Manager to support public-sector opportunities. This fully remote US role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week at $100/hr, with start date ASAP. You’ll work on your own schedule and collaborate with Ethos’s expert network.

You must have 5+ years leading RFI/RFP responses for government contracting, own compliance matrices and past-performance narratives, and deliver high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slides with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector or government contracting opportunities.
• Direct ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive government solicitations.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
