Job summary

Isos Technology is seeking a hands-on Public Sector Proposal Manager to grow our Federal, State, Local, and Education business. You will own the full proposal lifecycle from kickoff to submission, coordinating with Sales, Consulting, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and leadership.

You will research opportunities, support early capture, and lead proposal execution with schedules, content outlines, and compliance. Strong writing and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting or leading proposal development, capture, business development, or government-contracting pursuits.
• Familiarity with Federal acquisition processes and/or SLED procurement.
• Experience with procurement and CRM tools like SAM.gov, GovWin, GovSpend, GSA eBuy, HubSpot.
• Experience in technology consulting, IT service management, or digital transformation pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Federal and SLED procurement sources for opportunities.
• Research opportunities and prepare concise leadership briefings.
• Lead proposal execution including schedules, compliance matrices, and submission plans.
• Coordinate inputs from internal teams and subject matter experts.
• Develop and tailor proposal content using assets and AI-enabled workflows.
• Manage proposal review cycles and final submissions.
• Maintain reusable proposal content and lessons learned.
