Qualifications

• FEMA ICS 100, 200, 300, 700 required or preferred.
• 5+ years in emergency management, public safety, or disaster response.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with public safety and community orgs.
• Lead training sessions on emergency preparedness and incident response.
• Conduct drills, tabletop exercises, and simulations to test readiness.
• Serve as SME in emergency management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate preparedness into operations.
• Ensure compliance with emergency management regulations and standards.
• Support real-world incident response and provide guidance as needed.
• Educate agencies on AV and emerging transportation technologies.
