Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a Public Safety Liaison in a remote role based near San Antonio, TX, with on-call duties and occasional travel (<20%). You will bridge AV operations with municipal emergency management to strengthen partnerships and improve public safety outcomes.

Key responsibilities include coordinating training, conducting drills, and serving as a subject matter expert while building networks across local government and safety agencies. This role requires strong communication, planning, and incident response coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in emergency management, public safety, or disaster response.
• Ability to define, build and maintain a broad network of working relationships.
• Existing networks with public safety agencies beyond law enforcement and fire/EMS.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom, field-based, and virtual training sessions on emergency preparedness and crisis management.
• Conduct drills, tabletop exercises, and full-scale simulations to assess readiness.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in emergency management practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emergency preparedness into operations.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal emergency management regulations.
