Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a Public Safety Liaison in Atlanta to bridge AV operations with municipal emergency management. You will strengthen partnerships, coordinate training, and support incident response across public safety agencies, airports, and traffic authorities.

The role requires proactive engagement, on-call readiness, and up to 20% travel, with a focus on collaboration with Crisis24 First Responder Ambassador Team and local jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in emergency management, public safety, or disaster response.
• Ability to define, build and maintain a broad network of working relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Existing networks in public safety agencies beyond Law Enforcement and Fire/EMS.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with a range of public safety and community organizations to strengthen trust in AV operations.
• Coordinate training, tabletop exercises, and drills related to emergency preparedness and response.
• Serve as subject matter expert in emergency management practices and procedures.
• Support incident response and provide coordination for information exchange with local jurisdictions.
