Qualifications

• Experience managing responses to subpoenas and public records requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with deadlines and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with records-management and discovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, review, and manage responses to public records requests from intake to final production.
• Identify custodians, search strategies, and deadlines; communicate with requesters as directed by attorneys.
• Assist with subpoenas and other legal records requests, including redaction and production.
• Maintain accurate matter files and documentation of responses, fees, and time.
• Support attorneys and other departments with discovery and litigation-related records.
