Halluminate, Inc. is hiring part-time Government & Public Policy Subject Matter Experts to design RL environment tasks for frontier AI models.

You’ll craft complex problems that challenge senior analysts, with outputs feeding into training data and frontier evaluations used by leading AI labs. You will develop training materials such as fiscal analyses, cost-benefit studies, policy memos, and other real-world deliverables.

Formación

• 1.5+ years of government/public policy experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and other professional software (budgeting, fiscal models).
• Curiosity about machine learning, AI, data, and engineering concepts. No technical background required.
• Ability to take feedback quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Strong attention to detail and the judgment to spot exactly where an output would fail a senior review.
• Strong organization and ownership of deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the future of knowledge work by identifying which financial workflows matter most and where today’s AI models fall short, drawing on your real experience.
• Build training materials for AI systems, including fiscal impact analyses, cost-benefit and regulatory impact assessments, policy memos, and other real-world deliverables.
• Create challenging tasks that expose weaknesses in state-of-the-art AI models on financial services work.
• Contribute to frontier evaluations that measure how leading AI models perform on real finance workflows.
• Work directly with research and engineering teams at frontier labs to evaluate model outputs and turn findings into better training data.
• Revise tasks quickly based on feedback from reviewers and model results, often across multiple rounds.
