Job summary

Halluminate, Inc. is hiring part-time Product Management SMEs to design RL environment tasks for frontier AI models applied to financial services. You will craft complex problems and solutions for AI agents, influencing training data and model evaluations, rather than labeling outputs.

You will work remotely at a minimum of 20 hours per week, with compensation milestones and hourly-rate components. Collaboration with research and engineering teams ensures continuous improvement of the training

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of product management experience (B2B/fintech/data/platforms).
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint for business cases and roadmaps.
• Curiosity about ML/AI concepts; no deep technical background required.

Responsibilities

• Shape which financial workflows matter most and where AI models fall short.
• Create training materials: PRDs, market sizing, pricing analyses, roadmaps.
• Develop tasks that reveal weaknesses in state-of-the-art AI models.
