The role involves handling calls and chats from diverse workgroups, guiding customers through birth/death certificate processes, and providing health information and referrals.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in customer-facing roles; English and Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Handle calls and chats from multiple NYC DOHMH workgroups.
