Job summary

Keadjian Associates, a Bay Area strategic communications firm, seeks a full-time Account Executive to begin immediately. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in public relations or management consulting and can draft press releases, talking points, and materials while coordinating feedback from stakeholders.

The team offers a competitive salary of $70,000–$85,000 per year with discretionary bonuses, extensive benefits, and a hybrid work model with one in-person day in Walnut Creek.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in communications or management consulting.
• Experience at a corporate communications or PR agency or in-house role preferred.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects with attention to detail (grammar, spelling, consistency).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to understand and follow oral and written directions with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated and collaborative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in energy, land use or infrastructure is a plus.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft high-quality, client-ready messaging and materials (e.g., talking points, fact sheets, posters, timelines and production trackers)
• Write materials with an eye for language and tone; ensure messaging engages key audiences
• Track key activities (e.g., community engagement) via spreadsheets and other deliverables
• Share updates in client calls and team coordination meetings
• Anticipate issues and proactively offer solutions to ensure flawless planning and execution
