Beacon Hill Technologies seeks a digital project manager to lead the implementation of Blackthorn and GiveCampus platforms. You will serve as the primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders, guiding integration efforts and ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will coordinate across ITS, Advancement, Gift Processing, Communications, and CRM teams, manage plans, milestones, risks, and documentation, and support the transition from Encompass by iModules while keeping

• 3+ years of technology/digital project management.
• Experience with system implementations, migrations, or platform transitions.
• Vendor and cross-functional team coordination.
• Strong project planning, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

• Location: Remote
• Part Time: 15-20 hrs/week
• Hours: Can be worked outside of regular working hours with some flexibility for meetings.

• Rate: 60-70/hr
