Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist (Remote) to deliver telehealth visits, perform wheelchair evaluations, and support digital health initiatives.

The role requires an active Physical Therapist license, at least two years of outpatient or digital clinical experience, and telehealth proficiency. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with opportunities for growth and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• Must hold Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of two years of outpatient or digital clinical experience.
• Experience completing wheelchair evaluations via Telehealth or in-clinic.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth visits for evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Perform wheelchair evaluations for patients.
• Provide Telehealth or Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services with interactive communication and monitoring.
• Collaborate with operations to deliver digital services and meet patient care needs.
• Support regional growth and implementation of digital services.
• Serve as liaison between providers and Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services.
• Maintain reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics.
• Contribute to program development and marketing efforts as directed.
