Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Digital Health Specialist (DHS) – Physical Therapist (Bilingual) for a remote, full-time role (40 hours/week). The DHS will deliver telehealth visits, RTM, and collaborate with in-clinic providers to grow CORA's digital health program, while maintaining licensure requirements in the relevant states.

The ideal candidate is a board-certified Physical Therapist, fluent in English and Spanish, with outpatient experience and a track record in digital health services

Qualifications

• Board-licensed Physical Therapist
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in outpatient settings
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required for communication with patients and care team

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Provide Telehealth or Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services.
• Collaborate with in-clinic providers and Director of Digital Health to optimize digital services.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and APTA guidelines while delivering digital therapy.
• Contribute to regional growth strategies and reporting on service metrics.
