Advocate Health is seeking a remote Psychotherapist to support patients via telephone or video from Oregon, partnering with primary care, pediatrics and other clinics. The role requires 40 hours per week, with day schedules such as 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

after orientation. Applicants must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, be fully licensed, and have at least two years of clinical experience. CPI/ CPR training is required for inpatient settings; licensure in SC/GA within 90 days if not

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant human services field required.
• Full licensure in the applicable state required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in mental health.
• CPI training for in-patient settings; CPR training also required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate patient care based on identified needs.
• Manage clients in crisis using appropriate therapeutic skills and assessment.
• Write treatment and discharge plans aligned with patient diagnosis and age.
• Collaborate with guardians and community agencies for service delivery.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely billing; maintain records.
• Design and provide effective patient education; communicate with the care team.
