Clinicians will have full autonomy over their schedules and will see clients across multiple time zones with appointments ending as late as 9:00 PM local client time.

Role includes weekly compensation and employer-provided malpractice insurance, plus an AI-assisted EMR to streamline documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold full, active, and unrestricted clinical license in at least one U.S. state
• Eligible to practice without clinical supervision (associate-level or supervised licenses cannot be considered)
• Proven ability to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and conduct diagnostic evaluations
• Must maintain HIPAA-compliant home office and reliable high-speed internet; familiar with telehealth platforms
