Job summary

Perdoceo Education Corporation is seeking a Psychology - Full-Time Faculty member for California Southern University, working remotely within the United States. The role focuses on mentoring learners, facilitating courses, and supporting program outcomes across BA, MA, MS and PsyD tracks.

The ideal candidate holds a terminal degree in psychology or related field and an active psychology license, with at least three years of online teaching experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in clinical psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral science.
• Active license in good standing: Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• Minimum three years of online teaching experience with LMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and videoconferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate courses and mentor learners in psychology programs.
• chair or member on doctoral committees and assist with course content revisions.
• Provide timely, substantive feedback and assess learners per deadlines.
• Maintain gradebooks in Canvas and communicate via CalSouthern email.
