Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support Psychiatry patients. You will triage calls, handle lab result inquiries, and relay information to MDs/APRNs/PAs while maintaining accurate records. The role emphasizes minimal direct patient contact and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with mental health care preferred.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Comfortable with little to no physical contact with patients on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Triaging calls from patients.
• Taking calls for lab results.
• Triages incoming lab results, medical reports, refill requests, etc. to MD/APRN/PAs in a timely fashion.
• Maintains legible and organized patient records.
